Gracie Sorbello and Matt Burney aim to be the first people to ride a unicycle the entire Great Divide cycling route.

In 2006, Gracie became the first woman to ride a unicycle from coast to coast across the United States.  She rode to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), in honor of her uncle who was undergoing treatment for multiple myeloma.  We are grateful that he is now in partial remission, yet it is a battle he still fights.

Meanwhile, another family friend has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma and is undergoing treatment.  In fact, every ten minutes, another child or adult is expected to die from leukemia, lymphoma or myeloma. This statistic represents nearly 145 people each day, or six people every hour.
